Stay on Horsefarm

 

You are welcome to stay on the farm and participate in our activities and daily life
if you want. You can bring your own horse if you want .You get a box or pasture and access             
to riding paddock and roundpen.

 

 

 

 

 

Saläng was built in 1936.

Before this place was called Hästhagen. The;

basic blocks still remains as a cultural monument.

 

 

 

 

 

Our youngest visitors insisted

on not leaving the tractor

 

 

 

 

 

The kids can go for a small farmride around the

yard on our gentle horses.

 

 

 

 

During the spring, you just can not miss

the dancing cranes at Honborgasjön.

You are there in 15 minutes.

 

 

 

 

 

If you don´t want to go to different places

there is a possibility

to just be with the horses, grooming or help with their care or maybe drive the tractor..

 

 

 

 

 

Do you want to do nothing is a lot of

places in the yard where you can lie in the sun

and read a book and 'just be'

and listen to the wind.

 

 

 

  

 

 

 

 

If you are early up, go out to the henhouse and get breakfast eggs

Mother hen has just had two chicks.

 

 

After a good breakfast on the patio there are lots of places to explore near Salang.

To Skara Summerland, it takes 40 minutes.

We also recommend a visit to Falbygdens Cheese with lots of delicacies and a cheese traditon since 1878.

 

 

Or why not walk on Mösseberg with a magnificent view over Falköping and across into Hökensås.
